- There are a number of Socials TBD on the timetable. Are we planning on organising anything or should we provide a mechanism for delegates to self-organise during the conference. I was thinking of nothing more elaborate than a whiteboard for people to write up suggested venues and others to add +1's.

- Can we get a contact from Rhubarb that we can talk to so that arrangements can be made to link to the live streams from the conference web site?
- Can we clarify who is going to look after audio recording all talks? Are Rhubarb going to record all talks or only those that they are streaming live? Do they need some volunteers to support them? If Rhubarb are not recording all talks are we going to organise it ourselves? If so we can start to find a volunteer to lead the effort.

What is the timetable for preparation pre-conference, especially activities at Clockwork that we need to drum up volunteer support and the times/dates for moving equipment to the venue? If we can get an outline timetable on the wiki we can encourage volunteers to help. (I (RichardTaylor) can contact volunteers if I know what jobs need to be done).
